Manpower Engineering, in ottica di potenziamento dell’organico presso le sedi dislocate a livello nazionale dei propri prestigiosi clienti operanti in ambito Aeronautico, per la sede in provincia di Torino, ricerca e seleziona:

QUALITY ENGINEER

L’ATTIVITA’

Includes both Quality Assurance together with the site Quality System Representative and Process Quality Development.

Includes Product qualifications, with state of the art approach for metallurgical and dimensional qualification, including inspection plan sampling and periodic checks to monitor process performances.

Includes Customer audits with ability to explain process step and constraints along with in-process inspection steps, compliance to Customer Spec and Quality system, all this subject to be carried out with ability to plan the visit in advance and involving the key focal point in order to give Customer a comfortable feeling about know-how and process management.

Includes an acceptable level of technical understanding of engineering drawings in relationship to design principle like targeting points, basic, shape and position tolerancing along with drawing modifiers.

Ability to discuss with Customer the process constraints and drive the inspection plan to what is really adding value in terms of detection and containment.

Propose the best commercial and technical package following the Customer requirement with a strong ability to leverage technology department on a data card submittal.

Effectively communicates across the organization in order to contain and manage product issues. Ability to presents, arrange and report to senior leaders (Executive presentation) on specific subject (i.e. qualification plan, product issues, RCCA, scrap data).

Ability to manage critical events such as Customer Escape, with the needed support from all site focal point, in terms of bounding population, immediate short term and long term corrective action

Identify and deliver value-added opportunities from the process walk and analysis; Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field and any chance for continuous improvement .

Has a role as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.

Master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical engineering.

Statistic knowledge (CPK – CP – 6Sigma and tools).

Solid experience in a Quality and/or Manufacturing Engineering environment

Basic Experience/knowledge in casting process and/or metallic product manufacturing processes and applicable NDT technique.

Consistent experience in managing international Customer

Fluency in English and Italian.
