Job Description

Our company is offering an internship position that will bring a resource to join the MFE team (Manufacturing Engineering) for activities and processes related to both product and testing systems inherent to the Nonantola plant.

The resources will dedicate to the support in analysis and optimization of processes related to functional testing, support in the purchase and/or renewal of hydraulic resources used in product systems, propose innovative solutions for tests to be carried out, support in the improvements that will be identified and analyzed on the products both in functional and in economic terms. He/she will then interface with other Business Entities in relation to the skills and tasks required to achieve these objectives.

In detail:
technologies for improvements in current testing standards in terms of cycle time, waste reduction, efficiencies of testing devices by going to draft objectives and monitoring performance.

Supports in improvement projects related to the introduction of new machines with emphasis on the analysis and eventual design of the hydraulic part.

Supports toward technology suppliers in the eventual drafting of hydraulic equipment and/or machines.

Supports in the identification of product/process improvement technical solutions in relation to production testing phases.

Supports and analyzes improvement requests on product design to achieve departmental performance KPIs both as efficiencies and from a quality perspective.

Hydraulics Specialist has the following related projects:
New semi-automatic testing systems.

Implementation of smart solutions for hydraulic test bench setup.

Qualifications

you are graduating student in Engineer

Familiarity with the main IT tools (MS OFFICE)

The profile is completed by organizational autonomy, initiative and propensity to take responsibility, flexibility, argumentative and expository synthesis skills, and excellent analytical skills.
