Associate Project Engineer

Working as a Project Engineer, you will be the technical support for various system engineering projects in Italian Global Solution Center Paint Application, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals. The main target in propose and develop solution for Painting System with main focus in Automotive, Tier1 and Construction Machinery segments. In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

Senior Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.

Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.

Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.

Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Europe and elsewhere globally.

Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your background

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.

Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including Autocad and Microsoft office package.

A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.

Fluent in English.

A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.

A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
